Tear Trough Under The Eye Treatments
Since we first started in 2003 many patients requested treatments for under the eyes, complaining of tired skin, dark circles, eye bags giving them a tired dull appearance. In our opinion there were no safe affective treatments until now.
Teoxane Redensity [II] is a hyaluronic acid injectable gel specifically designed for under the eye treatments. It is unique in that it is made of hyaluronic acid with an anaesthetic (lidocaine) like most reputable fillers, but it has a cocktail of nutrients to revitalise the skin.
What happens during a treatment?
At the Sean Holt Clinic, we perform tear trough treatments in the most natural way possible so that you can look rested and feel revitalised. You will be assessed and a precise diagnosis made prior to the treatment. The gel is then gently injected using a sterile single use cannula (soft hollow tube) and/or small needle.
We often recommend combining treatments such as strengthening the upper cheek area, botox for around the eyes or rejuvenating the skin.
How many treatment will be needed?
The results are immediate after one visit, rarely a touch up injection will be needed.
Can I carry on with my life normally afterwards?
Yes, you may experience some post procedure redness, minor bruising and/or swelling in the treated area. If you get these they are usually mild and subside in a day or so.
